Diet is 80% of your results. If you aren’t seeing the changes you’re looking for.. despite your best efforts in the gym, your diet is likely to blame. Other factors to consider might be lack of sleep or increased stress levels… but diet is the biggest contributor to the puzzle. =)

Being healthy is all about balance…
**I need to work on this. ASAP. My life has been pretty hectic the 2 weeks leading up to turning 30 and the weeks since. It may seem that I have completely neglected my blog but to be honest, I think about this blog all the time. Its trying to find the time to jot down my thoughts. Not to mention, the health issues I have been dealing with has seriously left me—-unbalanced.
**Its been tough getting back into the swing of things diet wise. What hasn’t failed are my WODs. I have changed it up and have come up with some awesome goals for the next 3 months. So I’m lock down…LOL
I will definitely update you on my new WODs and how I am dealing with the diet…but know I am still on the journey. But the great thing? I’m not beating myself up over this setback. 6 months ago I would have…now? Eh, Ive lost the weight before…I can damn well do it again!
Yeaaaahhhh Buddddyyy! LOL
